OpenSpeak

Plan the agenda, put the timer on the big screen, run the meeting from your phone — and get a report of where the time really went. Built for Toastmasters clubs, useful for any meeting that respects the clock.

Agendas in minutes

Drag-and-drop editor with min / expected / max time for every item. Paste an agenda straight from a spreadsheet — CSV import just works.

Open source, community project

This is free and Open Source project. Help it grow: use it, report ideas on github or contact me directly - I have Google’s email that has and address part “nexor1984”.

Built for Toastmasters

Speaker rounds, role assignments, and a ready-made club meeting template with prepared speeches, Table Topics, and evaluations. Support for ad-hoc speaker you can assign a participant on the fly.

A timer everyone can see

Projector display with the classic green–yellow–red progression, “up next” prompts, and a QR code for the current item’s link. Useful for linking to evaluation forms.

Run it from your phone

Start, pause, skip, and finish items from any phone. A discreet beep tells the controller when a speaker hits maximum time.

Reporting

Actual vs. planned for every item and speaker — including the idle time between items. History never changes after the fact.

No accounts, no lock-in, no tracking
