Participants & roles
Every agenda carries its own participant roster — the people taking part in that meeting. Assign them to agenda items (“General Evaluator report — Jane”), and record them as speakers during sub-item rounds.
Rosters are per agenda: people are not shared between agendas, and there is no global address book. A weekly meeting typically starts by duplicating last week’s structure via CSV export/import, which carries the people along.
How people get onto the roster
Section titled “How people get onto the roster”- The participants page — from the agenda editor, follow the participants link and add names directly. Names sort alphabetically.
- Assigning items — the add-item row and the item edit dialog both have an assignee dropdown listing the roster.
- CSV import — any name in the
personcolumn of an imported CSV is created as a participant automatically and assigned to that row’s item. The same name used on several rows becomes one person.
Assigning items
Section titled “Assigning items”- Pick an assignee in the item’s edit dialog, or
- click the “Unassigned” link on an item card for a quick one-tap assign dialog.
Assignees show on the item card, on the display screen’s schedule, and in the planned-schedule row for each item.
Recording who actually spoke
Section titled “Recording who actually spoke”During a sub-item round, the control screen shows a participant dropdown. Whatever you select is saved on that specific round — so the report can say “Speaker 2 — Jane Doe, 6:12” even if the item itself was assigned to nobody.
Renaming and deleting
Section titled “Renaming and deleting”- Rename via the pencil icon on the participants page.
- Delete after a native confirmation. Deleting a person only unassigns them: their items remain (now unassigned), and past meeting reports keep showing the name as it was recorded at the time. Nothing in history is rewritten.
